Alternate Billing Contact
Set up alternate billing contacts in your survey software account for team management.
Introduction
The SurveyMethods login id is the primary contact to which invoices, receipts, and email notifications for account upgrade, cancellation, or deactivation are sent to. SurveyMethods now provides you with the "Alternate Billing Contact" feature that allows notifications to be sent to an alternate email address in addition to the primary email address. Currently, notifications are sent for the following: Invoice/Receipts Deactivation of Enterprise Licensed Users Account Upgrade Subscription Cancellation The alternate billing contact can be set up from the "Billing" tab in the "My Account" section.
