Phone Question

The Phone question type is designed for collecting telephone numbers with format validation and optional country code support.

Adding a Phone Question

  1. Click Add Question in the Survey Editor
  2. Select Phone from the question types
  3. Enter your question text (e.g., “What is your phone number?”)
  4. Configure format and validation options
  5. Set whether the question is required
