Response Limits
Each plan includes a response allowance:
- Monthly plans: Responses reset each billing month
- Annual plans: Responses are pooled for the entire year
What happens when you reach your limit?
- You’ll receive an email notification at 80% usage
- At 100%, new responses are paused
- Options: Upgrade your plan or purchase additional responses
Additional responses can be purchased at £0.08 per response.
