1. Click Create Survey from your dashboard
2. Select Start from Scratch

1. Click Add Question or the + button

2. Choose from our question types:

   • Multiple Choice - Single selection from options
   • Checkboxes - Multiple selections allowed
   • Star Rating - Visual rating scale
   • Dropdown - Select from a dropdown menu
   • Comment Box - Open-ended text responses
   • And more…

3. Enter your question text

4. Add answer options (for applicable question types)

5. Configure settings (required, randomize, etc.)

• Drag and drop to reorder questions

• Use skip logic to show relevant questions based on previous answers
