SurveyMethods and Zapier Integration

We are excited to launch SurveyMethods’ integration with Zapier . Through Zapier you can connect SurveyMethods to over 300 applications like Salesforce, MailChimp, Freshdesk, and numerous CRM tools. Implementing SurveyMethods' integrations through Zapier is super easy – no programming needed!

Zapier uses triggers and actions in the form of “Zaps” to bridge web applications. A trigger causes an action to execute. For example, you can create a “Zap” to have Freshdesk trigger an action in SurveyMethods that will launch a survey – all without having to write any code! Here’s an example of a Zap: When a Freshdesk ticket is updated, SurveyMethods can automatically send a survey invitation; everything in between is handled by the “Zap”.

MailChimp-SurveyMethods: Add a contact automatically to a SurveyMethods Email List for every new subscriber in MailChimp. Salesforce-SurveyMethods: Add contacts to a SurveyMethods Email List for every new contact in Salesforce. SurveyMethods-Gmail: Send out “Thank You” emails to respondents upon completion of a survey via your Gmail account.

SurveyMethods-Google Docs: When you create a new survey in SurveyMethods, a new row with the survey details like Survey Code, Survey Title, and Creation Date will be inserted into your Google Docs spreadsheet. The above Zaps are just a few examples of thousands of business scenarios SurveyMethods can support in conjunction with other applications.
