Results Summary Report
The Results Summary Report is the default view on the Analyze tab. It rolls up every question in your survey into a single scrollable report, with a chart and a data table for each one.
Opening the Report
- Open your survey and go to the Analyze tab.
- The Summary report loads automatically.
- Scroll to review each question in the order it appears in the survey.
To switch to per-respondent answers instead, click Individual Responses in the toolbar. For more on that view, see Analyzing Survey Results.
What Each Question Shows
Every question card displays how many people Answered and how many Skipped it, followed by a chart and a data table. How the answers are summarized depends on the question type:
| Question type | Summary shown |
|---|---|
| Multiple Choice, Dropdown, Checkboxes, Image Choice | Response count and percentage per option |
| Star Rating, Slider | Distribution plus a weighted average |
| Net Promoter Score | Promoters, Passives, Detractors, and the overall NPS |
| Matrix / Rating Scale | Weighted average for each row |
| Ranking | Weighted score based on ranked position |
| Single Textbox, Comments Box | Individual text answers, with word frequency |
Text-based questions can also run sentiment analysis when enabled.
Filtering and Customizing
Use the Criteria panel on the left to add rules that filter responses (for example, only completed responses). When a filter is active, a FILTERED banner shows how many respondents match. You can also use the Questions options to hide questions you don’t want in the report.
Each chart can be adjusted from its own settings, including chart type, colors, and whether to show counts or percentages.
Saving, Exporting, and Sharing
- Save as… keeps a named version of the report with your filters and settings.
- Export… downloads the Summary Report or all responses. See Export Results.
- Share creates a link so others can view the report.
