Finding Your Surveys
Your My surveys dashboard is the home base for everything you’ve created. As your list grows, the search box, status filters, and sort options help you get to the right survey quickly.
The Survey List
When you log in you land on My surveys. A summary line at the top shows how many surveys you have, how many are collecting, and your total responses. You can view surveys as cards (the default) or, on wider screens, switch to a list using the view toggle in the top right.
Searching
Use the Search surveys box above the list to find a survey by name. Results filter as you type, so there’s no button to press. To clear a search, empty the box or click Clear filter when no matches are found.
Filtering by Status
Below the search box is a row of status pills. Click one to show only surveys in that state. Each pill shows a live count.
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | Every survey you can access |
| Collecting | Surveys actively accepting responses |
| Drafts | Surveys not yet collecting |
| Closed | Surveys that have stopped collecting |
| Shared with me | Surveys shared through a team folder (Team accounts only) |
For more on opening and closing collectors, see Closing & Reopening a Survey.
Sorting
Use the sort dropdown at the top right to reorder the list:
- Last modified - most recently edited first (the default).
- Name (A–Z) - alphabetical by survey title.
- Most responses - surveys with the highest response counts first.
Using Folders
On the left, the Folders rail lets you group surveys and jump between them. Click All surveys to see everything, or select a folder to narrow the list. Search, filters, and sort all apply within the folder you’re viewing.
