Launch & Response Statistics
Once your survey is live, the Collect area tracks how many people received your invitations and how many responded. This guide explains where those numbers come from and what each one means.
Where to Find Your Stats
- Open your survey and go to the Collect tab.
- The Total Responses card at the top shows completed responses across all collectors.
- The All Collectors table lists each collector with its Status and Responses count.
- Click an email collector to open its Overview for a detailed breakdown.
Email Collector Overview
Each email collector’s Overview shows two donut charts.
The Invitations chart summarizes what happened to the emails you sent:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total invitations | Recipients the message was sent to |
| Clicked | Recipients who opened the survey link |
| Bounced | Emails that could not be delivered |
| Unanswered | Delivered invitations with no click yet |
The Respondents chart breaks down the people who started your survey:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed | Finished the survey to the end |
| Partially completed | Started but did not submit |
The Recipients Tab
Switch to the Recipients tab to see per-person detail. Each row lists the recipient’s email and name, whether the invitation was Sent (or shows Bounced), and whether they Responded.
Tips
- Bounced emails usually mean an invalid or unreachable address. Verify these in your contact list.
- Stats refresh shortly after activity, so allow a moment after sending before checking.
- To dig into the actual answers rather than counts, use Analyzing Survey Results.
- Sending through email? See Distributing via Email for setup and reminders.
