What Transfers to Your New Account

Nearly everything comes across automatically — you don’t need to rebuild or re-import. Here’s exactly what moves.

Surveys & questions

Your surveys migrate with their pages, questions, answer options, and logic intact. You’ll find them on your survey home page, ready to edit, copy, or relaunch.

Responses

All of your collected responses move with each survey, including the original submission dates — so your reports and exports reflect real response history, not the migration date. You can analyze and export them just as before.

Contacts & lists

Your mailing lists become contact groups, and each contact keeps its email address and any custom fields you’d stored. See Contacts & Lists.

Distribution & collectors

Web link. Every survey gets a web-link collector with a fresh link. Your old links still redirect here — see Your Existing Survey Links Still Work.
Email invitations. If a survey was sent by email, its email collector, the invitation message, the recipient list, and any automatic reminders come across too — including the original invitation and reminder content.

Events

Event registration surveys become first-class Events in the new app, with their capacity, waitlists, registrants, and event emails preserved. Manage them from My Events.

Opt-outs

Anyone who previously unsubscribed stays unsubscribed. Your opt-out list carries over so migrated accounts keep honoring past unsubscribe requests. See Opt-Outs & Unsubscribes.

Themes, logos & branding

Your survey logo transfers, and each survey’s colors are matched to the closest new theme so your surveys still feel like yours. You can fine-tune with survey themes.

Team & billing

If you’re on an enterprise or team plan, your account owner and team members are set up in the new team model. Your subscription continues without interruption.
